Q: How do I get the ball rolling?

A: First, choose the garment or garments you want. Then, choose a design (you may also upload your own design during the ordering process). Finally, give us a call on our toll-free number (888-301-3110) and one of our knowledgeable spiritwear consultants will walk you through the simple ordering process and take your order over the phone. That’s it! We’ll be in touch on the next business day after we receive your order to confirm receipt of your artwork, and after that to secure approval to print your garments.

Q: I’m not affiliated with a school. Can I still order from you?

A: Of course. Though our website is geared toward schools, nonprofits, associations and private businesses are welcome. We have been printing on garments for more than 30 years and promise to take good care of your business or organization. Employees will appreciate wearing shirts printed with environmentally friendly methods, and managers will have one less thing to worry about when their garments arrive individually bagged and ready for distribution.

Q: Do we get a price break for ordering larger quantities?

A: ABSOLUTELY – See our price chart for a breakdown.

Q: Will there be art charges?

A: On 95% of artwork, there is NO charge. In the event the artwork requires an unusual amount of time for our art department to create, there may be an additional charge. You will be notified of any additional charge before production begins.

Q: Will there be a set-up fee or a screen fee?

A: There are no set-up fees or screen fees on standard orders. The only time we would charge such a fee is on specialty items that require us to modify our equipment to print properly. For any product listed on our website with imprints in standard positions (front or back of the shirt, down leg of sweatpants etc.), no additional fees apply.

Q: If I pay by credit card, when will I be charged?

A: Due to the custom nature of each order, your credit card will be charged immediately upon ordering. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of artwork approval.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: In most cases your order will be shipped 5 – 7 business days from the time you approve the artwork. We ship via UPS from our facility in Sewell, NJ, which is located outside of Philadelphia. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, and this is how we ship all orders which qualify for our free shipping promotion. If you’re in a hurry and would prefer express delivery, please note this on the order form and we will contact you with an estimate of the cost.

Below is a map that shows average delivery time via UPS Ground to your location. Your order can reach Los Angeles or Phoenix in 4 days; Dallas, Denver, St. Louis or Miami in 3 days; Boston, Buffalo, Nashville or Detroit in 2 days; and New York City, DC or Hartford, CT in 1 day (please note that production time is additional).

Q: How is my order packaged?

A: The choice is yours! We will printer pack your order, this is were multiple shirts of the same size are folded together and stacked in the box. Or you can have your items INDIVIDUALLY folded and bagged. You may appreciate this extra step we take with your order. This prevents the students from loosely dragging their apparel items home. Instead they are all neatly folded and packaged for your convenience. There is no additional charge for either option, the choice is yours!

Q: Are there shipping fees?

A: Shipping is FREE for orders totaling $1,000.00 or more. Orders less than $1,000.00 will pay only the UPS charges (NO handling fees).

Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Yes! We are proud to be one of the few imprinted apparel suppliers to ship to PO Boxes, as well as APO and FPO addresses. UPS cannot deliver to such addresses, and so these orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The time in transit guidelines above do not apply to orders shipped via USPS. Please provide us with a physical address to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Q: How do we pay for our order?

A: We are happy to accept all major credit cards, checks as well as purchase orders (PO’s). Purchase orders must be from an educational institution (school, college or university) or approved organization associated with school, i.e. PTA, PTO, Student Council, etc. Payment is required within 10 days after receiving your order when using a PO.

Q: Are there additional items available besides the items listed on the Garments page?

A: YES, other items are available upon request, including canvas bags and other types of garments. Let us know what you’re looking for by calling us toll-free at 888-301-3110 or completing this form and we’ll send you a no-obligation quote.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be satisfied with your order, as well as your experience in working with School Tee Factory as a whole. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure your artwork is exactly what you desire before your order goes to print. Every order is eligible for our free art production service, and we send an electronic proof of the design for your approval before production begins. After your order goes into production, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customized nature of our products. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional charge; please let us know about these items within 5 days of receiving your order so that we may remedy the situation (you can contact us toll-free at 888-301-3110 or use our contact form). If a standard order is canceled before it goes into production, charges will be due for the amount of work and product completed up until the time of cancellation. For special orders, including but not limited to orders for garment types not listed on this website, all sales are final.

Q: Do you screen print the garments or use decals or transfers?

A: We hand-print every item using the traditional direct screen printing process. This method continues to be the most durable and long lasting technique available.

Q: Can we use our own design?

A: Yes – our art department will skillfully re-create your existing logo. Please consider one of our design layouts for something new and fresh for your school.
